Booking Policy

NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION

Balayage + Color Services + Couture Haircuts

What to expect :

I will book a time for us to meet first and have an in person consultation. If we decide to move forward, I would require a *non-refundable deposit for any new client appointments, prior to a confirmed reserve booking.

- Deposit amount depends on the service. 
Also a valid Credit Card on file required

- *Non-Refundable means, for any reason if you cancel or no show your appointment at any time after the confirmed reserved booking, you agree to forfeit the deposit in full

 - AFTER we complete your first service appointment, I will refund/credit your initial deposit amount 

I am a small business owner and time is very essential and valuable for me to maintain a successful business.   

 


CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • Please message me 10 days minimum or more, a request to reschedule or cancel your appointment, starting from the original appointment date 

  • Cancellations/Reschedules within 10 days of the appointment date, you will be charged 50% of the booked services to your credit card on file 

  • Cancellations/Reschedules or [no shows] within 5 days of the original scheduled appointment date, you will be charged in full 100% of the booked  services to your credit card on file.  

  • By Scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree with this cancellation/reschedule policy.  Booked services are non-refundable
